Application
Process:

Complete the
online application process, print and fax the
application to the number provided.

Applicants interested in
playing for the Junior Buzzers should do so ASAP. The
sooner the number of players is determined the sooner and
more likely it is we can add additional teams.

Only those applicants that
have been accepted into the program will be contacted by
March 15, 2006.

Upon acceptance into the
program, a $250 deposit will be required to secure your
roster spot. Full Payment is required by April 1, 2006
